- Fire Fighting techniques are demonstrated to the students to prepare them for emergencies and to be socially responsible.

· 2010– Divine Child High School expanded its educational arena with the institution of Junior College as an addition.
· 2011– Science Exhibition Award.
· 2012– Vocational Education took on wider wings in the new Divine Child Polytechnic Building constructed for its purpose.

- 2015 – K.P. East Ward Department Level – 1st prize for Junior Group Singing.
- Bharat Vikas Parishad – 1st prize in Folk Song; 1st prize in Patriotic Singing; 1st prize in Sanskrit song; 2nd prize in State Level.
- Winners and Runners up in various Inter-School Basketball Tournaments.
- 2016 – Ward Level ‘Inter School Science Exhibition’ for Secondary Schools & Junior Colleges.
- The first School Band Troupe of CBSE was formed.
- On the occasion of the canonisation of S. Teresa of Kolkata, the Government Post & Telegraph Service Department released a stamp in her honour. The date – 4th September 2016. The venue – Divine Child High School.
- 2017-2018 – Inauguration of ‘THE DIAMOND JUBILEE YEAR’ of the Divine Family Educational Institution.
- This special year saw an array of inter-school and intra-school competitions which fostered bonding among students.
- A fabulously choreographed extravagant musical was staged at Dinanath Mangeshkar Hall on the 4th & 5th of January 2018. The grand performances by students, stole the hearts of everyone present for the show.
- The Eucharist on Sun 7th January 2018 marked the closing of the Diamond Jubilee year of the school.
- A new statue of Divine Child was installed and inaugurated.
- The school experienced a Green Revolution towards being ‘Eco aware’ with its initiative of a Rooftop solar power project undertaken by P.T.A , staff, students and well- wishers of Divine Child High School, thus endorsing that the staff and students of the school promote an Eco-friendly environment.
- 2018-2019 – Tanisha Karkera secured Gold Medal in 64th National School Games in Wu-Shu Tournament held at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
- It is with deep gratitude in our hearts for God and with pride that the school announces that one of our Std. X student Miss Krisha Shah (Batch 2018-2019) secured an astounding 99.20% (Marks 481 out of 500) standing 1st in the Mumbai Division!! The media announced her as one of the Wonderkids of Mumbai!

- 2020-2021 & 2021-2022 – With the world hit by the Pandemic, education broke onto a new pathway – the world of distance learning. Online schooling was the new means of connection between the educator and the student. Through all its challenges, this system of education became an accepted channel. By the use of this medium, children participated in online homeschooling, competitions, celebrations of national and festive occasions, etc.
- On the occasion of ‘Vanamahotsav’, to vivify this celebration and ‘Save Mother Earth’ so to say, students were motivated to carry out this interesting activity as an on-going project for this year, in their respective homes… to plant a seed, nurture it, monitor its growth, bask in the goodness of nature, watching it bloom, blossom and come to fruition.
- The teachers though, boldly ventured out of their homes and entered the school portals to enact and record the Christmas message through a meaningful tableau. It was worthwhile knowing that God intervenes and helps the world move on!
- 2022-2023 – ‘Swachh Bharat Swasth Bharat Abhiyaan’ was a Cleanliness Drive organized in school to help keep the environment clean. The principal, all staff and students spend a better part of the day cleaning the school grounds, corridors and classrooms.
- The ‘Green School Programme’ was started with formation of various Committees to look into the different aspects of successfully running the programme.
- Students excelled at Public Examinations and bagged prizes.
- The students were rankers in the Ward Level Science Exhibition. Our Junior Group received 2nd Prize under the sub-theme “Environmental Concern”. Their topic was: “ARDINUO SOLAR TRACKER”.
- Students participated and won prizes in a FABER-CASTELL Drawing Workshop.
- 2023-2024 – For the celebration of Gandhi Jayanti, a Cleanliness Drive – “Keep India Clean, Keep India Green” was organized. The students with their teachers ventured out of the school premises onto the neighbouring roads and by-lanes to clean the footpaths and streets of litter.
- Students won prizes, medals, scholarships in various Public Exams that were conducted – NMMS, Olympiad, Neltas, Art, Homi Bhaba, to mention a few.
- Students participated and excelled in the Sports field as well – entering DSO District Level Competitions in Badminton, Swimming, Atyapatya, Athletics, Netball, Basketball, Gymnastics, Wushu, Kickboxing and Band competitions as well.
- Students took a campaign morcha outside the school premises on ‘Awareness of Tobacco’; attended session on ‘Building Climate Warriors’.
- The inauguration of the Compost Bins for decomposing waste and also the collection of E-Waste in the school, is a programme that was started and runs very successfully.
