Annual Prize Distribution 2024-25
On the 8th of August 2025, Divine Child High School and Junior College proudly hosted the Annual Prize Distribution ceremony to felicitate the assiduous work of our meritorious students from all sections in the academic year 2024-2025. It was also our pride to welcome our chief guest Mrs. Aditi P. Pai, Chief Financial Officer – Transasia Bio-Medical Pvt. Ltd., an ex-student of our school, who through diligence and perseverance, achieved success in her life. Her inspiring congratulatory message to our students was spiced with words of encouragement and motivation. The day’s programme was also interspersed with entertaining performances by students.
Our patron Divine Child has been our students’ constant guide, escorting and guiding them in maintaining a clear focussed direction. His watchful love has blessed them in achieving their goals. Their success has made us blissfully happy and we pray God’s continuous blessings on them.
Inter-House Folk Dance
It was a harvest-themed Folk Dance Competition this year at Divine Child High School on Saturday 19th July 2025. It was a celebration of India’s rich diverse cultural traditions featuring the states of Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Bengal, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, and Goa. The event beautifully showcased talent, teamwork and tradition, and encouraged students to stay connected to their roots.
World No Tobacco Day
On occasion of World No Tobacco Day on 24th June 2025, the students made posters announcing the hazards of tobacco and along with their teachers, boldly ventured onto the streets outside the school premises shouting slogans and speaking to people and vendors about the dangers lurking in this common past-time for themselves and the environment too, and asking them to give up this habit.
International Yoga Day 2025
Yoga is acclaimed worldwide as a highly beneficial form of exercise and meditation. In anticipation of Yoga Day, the students of Divine Child High School & Junior College celebrated International Yoga Day on 20th June 2025.
The yoga instructors demonstrated and led the students into various forms of asanas and explained the important and benefits of it. At Divine Child High School, it was a morning to work on one’s physical health.
