Divine Child High School celebrated Vanamahotsava day on 23rd July, 2015.
‘PLANT A TREE, GROW A FLOWER, LET’S GIVE EARTH BACK HER POWER’. The day began with a special prayer service praising our Mother Earth.
‘NUTURE THE NATURE AND NATURE WILL NUTURE YOU’. The children took on oath that they will conserve our natural resources. Our school gardener Mr. Ram Gulam was felicitated by Sr. Principal. Then our principal along with our teachers and students planted many saplings in our school campus.
‘DO YOUR DUTY TO KEEP NATURES BEAUTY’. This was the message given by our gardener to take care of our school garden and to appreciate nature.
‘TREES ARE THE LUNGS OF THE EARTH, IF WE DESTROY TREES, WE DESTROY OURSELVES’. So to save ourselves from getting destroyed we had a sale of plants which got good response from students who purchased the saplings also promised to nurture them.
